1. What we collect

When you book an appointment we keep your name, WhatsApp number, optional email, preferred date, and the slot you picked.

When you buy a Silver Theory piece we additionally store your shipping address, the items you ordered, the price you paid (in rupees), and the Razorpay payment identifiers.

When you browse the site we record standard server logs — IP address, browser, pages visited. These rotate out after 30 days.

2. Why we collect it

To confirm and run your appointment, deliver your order, send you status updates on WhatsApp, and answer your questions.

To comply with Indian tax / accounting law (we keep invoice copies for 8 years).

To detect fraud and prevent abuse of the booking form.

3. Who we share it with

Razorpay (payment processor) — receives your name, address, and the amount when you buy.

Twilio (WhatsApp messaging) — receives your WhatsApp number and the message text we send to you.

Our shipping partner — receives your shipping address and the order reference once your piece is dispatched.

We do NOT sell your data. We do NOT use it for third-party advertising.

4. Your rights

You can ask for a copy of everything we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (within accounting-record retention rules above).

5. Cookies + analytics

We use a single first-party cookie to remember your cart between visits. We do not use third-party tracking cookies. We do not use Google Analytics or Meta pixel.

6. Children

The site is intended for visitors 18 and above. If you are under 18, please have a parent or guardian make purchases on your behalf.

7. Changes

If this policy changes meaningfully we will update the "Last updated" date below and, where possible, message our active customers on WhatsApp.
