Refund & Cancellation Policy
When refunds are possible, when they are not, and how to request one.
We want you to love the piece you receive. Here is how returns and refunds work.
1. Silver Theory pieces (ready-to-ship)
You can cancel within 24 hours of the order being marked paid for a full refund.
After 24 hours, cancellation is at our discretion — message us and we will do our best.
If the piece arrives damaged or visibly different from the listing, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and we will replace it or refund you in full.
2. Bespoke / commissioned pieces
Commissioned pieces are non-refundable once production has begun. We will share clear milestones before any work starts.
A 50% deposit secures your place in the studio queue. The deposit becomes refundable only if we cancel the project.
3. How to request a refund
Message us on WhatsApp with your order reference (the AB12CD code from your confirmation message), the reason, and any photographs.
Approved refunds are processed via Razorpay back to the original payment method within 7 working days. Your bank may take an additional 3-5 days to reflect the credit.
4. Appointment cancellations
Studio consultation appointments are free — there is nothing to refund. Please give at least 24 hours notice if you cannot make a slot, so we can offer it to someone else.
