Shipping Policy
Where we ship to, what it costs, and how long it takes.
Silver Theory orders ship insured from our Bengaluru studio. International shipping is available on request for bespoke pieces.
1. Where we ship
Pan-India for Silver Theory ready-to-ship pieces.
International shipping for bespoke and commissioned pieces — quoted separately when we discuss your piece.
2. How long it takes
Ready-to-ship pieces dispatch within 3 working days of payment confirmation.
Delivery within India: 4–7 working days depending on your city.
You will receive a WhatsApp message the moment your piece ships, with the courier tracking link.
3. Costs
Shipping within India is included on orders above ₹5,000. Below that, a flat ₹300 applies.
International shipping cost depends on the destination and piece weight. We will share the exact figure before you commit.
4. Insurance
Every shipment is insured at full retail value. If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours and we will file the claim and replace or refund.
5. Customs (international)
You are responsible for any customs duties or taxes levied by your destination country. We will mark the parcel honestly with the retail value.
