The agreement between you and Sankesh Surana Studio when you use this site, book a consultation, or commission a piece.
By using this site you agree to the following. If you have questions, message us before booking or buying.
1. Who we are
Sankesh Surana Studio, a sole-proprietorship at 66, 10th Main Rd, 4th Block, Jayanagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560 041, India.
2. Bookings
Slots are reserved on a first-confirmed basis. A request submitted through the website is a request, not a confirmed booking — Sankesh will message you on WhatsApp to confirm.
Cancel any time by replying on WhatsApp. We ask for at least 24 hours notice so we can offer the slot to another guest.
3. Purchases
All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹). The USD figures shown via the currency switch are informational only and approximate; payment is taken in INR.
Once payment is captured by Razorpay your order is binding. See the Refund Policy for cancellation windows.
Custom / commissioned pieces have a separate written agreement that supersedes anything here.
4. Intellectual property
All photographs, copy, video, designs, and the Sankesh Surana name + monogram remain our property. Personal browsing is fine; reproduction without written permission is not.
5. Limitation of liability
We take care to describe pieces accurately. Minor variations in colour and finish are inherent to handcrafted jewellery. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka.
